Board of Directors

The company is managed by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the General Meeting of shareholders for a three-year term. According to the law and its articles of association, the Board of Directors is responsible for the company's management and representation, judicially and extrajudicially, the management of its assets and, in general, the fulfilment of its purpose. It decides on all matters, except those falling within the competence of the General Assembly.
