Donation for flood victims in Thessaly

Donation of 20,000 euros from EMA to flood victims in Thessaly

EMA SA, with a strong sense of Corporate Social Responsibility, on Monday, October 2, 2023, donated the sum of 20,000 euros to support citizens recently affected by the devastating floods in Thessaly. The amount was deposited into the special account "State Aid - Contributions from Individuals" according to Law 4797/2021 (Official Gazette A’ 66), under the Ministry of National Economy and Finance. This account aims to fund programs and actions supporting and assisting those affected by natural disasters.

ECO ELASTICA SA

EMA SA is a founding member of the Tyre Recycling Company, ECO ELASTICA SA, established in 2005, one of the five largest tyre companies in Greece.

ECO ELASTIKA SA collects used tyres from stores, stores, transports and recovers them (recycling and energy recovery).

It supports the Association of People with Mobility Disabilities "PERPATO"

It supports the Association of People with Mobility Disabilities "PERPATO". The purpose of the Association members is to organise social activities and raise awareness, in order to provide solutions to the problems of people with disabilities, and create better living conditions for them. In this context, a series of activities were planned, such as the participation of athletes with disabilities in wheelchairs in important running endurance events nationwide, as well as information campaigns in schools regarding road safety and Paralympic sports.
